PowerAssist – Boosting Generator or Shore Power

The MultiPlus-II prevents overloading limited AC sources, such as generators or shore power connections, by dynamically reducing the battery charging rate. When extra power is required, the system supplements the AC source with power from the battery. Once the load decreases, any spare capacity is used to recharge the battery.

ESS: Energy Storage Systems Integration
