The SMA Data Manager M, in combination with the new Sunny Portal powered by ennexOS, is designed to optimise the communication, monitoring, and control of PV systems, replacing the SMA Cluster Controller. It simplifies and enhances system management, making it an essential component for larger PV installations.

With intuitive assistance functions for both the Data Manager M and inverters, the time required on-site for commissioning is significantly reduced. The new ennexOS platform allows for remote system and inverter parameter adjustments via Sunny Portal, further minimising on-site visits.

When paired with the SMA Energy Meter, the Data Manager M offers efficient management of PV export to the grid, ensuring optimal use of your solar energy.

Thanks to its modular design and support for industrial standards such as Modbus/TCP, the system can be expanded to include additional components like I/O systems or energy meters, whether from SMA or other suppliers.
